Position	Principal Recruitment Consultant
Focus	AI, Data, and Digital Transformations
Reporting to	Managing Director
Location	Dubai, UAE (tax-free income)

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage and cultivate relationships with clients in the UAE and KSA, focusing on securing and managing exclusive contracts.
• Business Development: Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Consultancy: Provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs in AI, Data, and Digital Transformation sectors.
• Leadership Potential: Pathway to Directorship with equity participation based on performance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment, ideally within AI, Data, or Digital Transformations.
• Skills: Strong business development acumen, account management skills, and proven success in exceeding revenue targets.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI and Data industries, ability to capitalize on market trends.
• Traits: Results-driven, high emotional intelligence, proactive, and collaborative.
