Objectives of this role

• Ensure diverse and qualified team composition.
• Meet staffing needs with a long-term strategy.
• Implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
• Create and implement hiring processes for a positive candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers for clear candidate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and criteria.
• Source candidates through online channels like LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and relevant interview questions.
• Evaluate candidate CVs, portfolios, and references to compile shortlists.
• Maintain recruitment records and share documentation with stakeholders.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing.
• Documentation skills and ability to stay updated with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Professional credentials such as HR Certification Institute.
