Objectives of this role
- Ensure diverse and qualified team composition.
- Meet staffing needs with a long-term strategy.
- Implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
- Create and implement hiring processes for a positive candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers for clear candidate expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and criteria.
- Source candidates through online channels like LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and relevant interview questions.
- Evaluate candidate CVs, portfolios, and references to compile shortlists.
- Maintain recruitment records and share documentation with stakeholders.
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing.
- Documentation skills and ability to stay updated with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Professional credentials such as HR Certification Institute.
