Responsibilities

• Act as the Company representative with the Client and Subcontractors.
• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of rail civil construction projects.
• Establish project requirements and monitor adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage commercial aspects and changes to project cost or schedule.
• Develop and implement project management plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources.
• Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Regularly update senior management on project progress, achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Salary

AED 65,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, Masters preferred.
• 20+ years of experience managing design & build projects.
• Demonstrable Rail experience acting as the Project Director.
• Middle East project experience.
• Experience in negotiating commercial contracts to successful closeout.
• Strong management and communication skills.
